Fire control

At Russia Arms EXPO 2013 (RAE 2013), the IX International Exhibition of Arms, Military Equipment, and Ammunition, the Penza-based Radiozavod JSC will present the 83t888-1.7 automated command and control complex for a mortar battery fire control post.
On its stand, Radiozavod will exhibit a full-scale specimen of command and control post automation complex consisting of two man-portable PTK software and hardware complexes for the battery’s commander and senior artillery officer and man-portable KAN gun commander kits (four to eight pieces, depending on the number of guns in the battery). This automation complex is available in base and light versions. In the base version, the senior officers’ PTK complexes are kept in protected transport cases, while in the light version, the PTKs are stored in tactical vests. The KAN kits are carried in tactical vests as well.

The complex is designed to automate fire control of an artillery (mortar) battery while preparing for combat and in action. The complex helps reduce fire mission times, increase the speed and accuracy of data transmission by using digital data channels along with voice communication.
Founded in 1959, Radiozavod JSC is one of the leaders in Russia’s electronics industry.  The enterprise’s quality system is certified to ISO-9001, complies with the Oboroncertifica quality management requirements, and is certified for compliance with environment protection requirements. The high level of Radiozavod products has been confirmed with Russia’s Top 100 Products awards and diplomas from major Russian and international exhibitions.
